SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping options and costs at eu.NikeStrength.com can change over time, but shipping costs will not change for a particular order once confirmed at checkout. From time to time we may offer promotional discounts to offset shipping charges.

Current shipping discounts include:

  • 25% shipping rate discounts on all orders over 200kg
  • 50% shipping rate discounts on all orders over 400kg
  • Free shipping on all orders over 800kg

DELIVERY – WHERE AND WHEN

We will decide which carrier to use to deliver your product based on the profile of your order. We can only fulfill an order to a valid delivery address which is a home or office address in the European Union. Lead times will vary per country and while we generally are able to prepare an order for shipment within 1–2 working days, delivery may take an additional 3–7 days depending on location. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

Who should I contact about order tracking and delivery?

After your order leaves our facility, we won’t have any additional information beyond what you see when you track your package(s). If you have delivery-related questions during shipment or want more specific tracking information, please contact the carrier directly.

For larger orders, all or part of your order may be delivered by a commercial delivery company. Delivery timelines for larger orders may be up to a week longer than standard parcel deliveries. The delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery time slot.

Where do I find my estimated delivery date?

You’ll see an estimated delivery date after your order ships, on your order status page and tracking page. Because this date is an estimate, delivery may occur shortly before or after the shown date.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

No. Orders are processed quickly and delivery addresses cannot be changed. After shipment, you may contact the carrier directly to request an update or redirection.

Where do I find my tracking number?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping email with the tracking number. You can also find it via your order confirmation email by clicking “View or Manage” and then “Track Shipment”.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY TROUBLESHOOTING

Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?

Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to activate. Please check back later if it doesn’t appear immediately.

Why is my order delayed?

High order volume, severe weather, or regional service delays may impact delivery timelines.

Why was only part of my order delivered?

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately. You’ll receive a confirmation email for each shipment.

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but not received?

Please contact the carrier directly. If it is still before your estimated delivery date, your package may still be in transit.

SPLIT DELIVERY

Multi-unit orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. If this happens, you will not be charged any additional delivery costs.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If products appear damaged, do not accept the shipment and contact NIKE STRENGTH customer service immediately.
