Please share your VAT registration when you sign up. Once validated, we will process your order under VAT rules where applicable.

Shipping & Orders
What is the lead time for equipment orders?
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Delivery lead times depend on your country:
- Benelux & Germany: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- France, Spain, Italy: 4–7 business days
- Nordics, Eastern Europe: 5–10 business days
Barbells and smaller items typically ship within 2–3 days via parcel carriers (DHL, UPS, GLS).
Where is my order coming from?
Orders are shipped from our European distribution center in the Netherlands or if you're ordering from the UK from our UK distribution center. Depending on inventory, your order may ship from multiple EU warehouses.
Can I choose my freight carrier?
Freight carriers are selected based on best available rates and service in your region. If you have special requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking will be provided once your order ships.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact support @ nikestrength.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Why was I charged VAT on my order?
VAT is applied according to EU regulations based on your delivery country. VAT-exempt intra-community supply is possible with a valid VAT number.

Can I modify my order?
Orders can be adjusted before dispatch. After shipping, changes are no longer possible.

Nike Strength currently ships within the European Union, UK.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, all racks and larger equipment include instructions.
Can I get replacement parts?
Yes available via EU customer service.
Is Nike Strength equipment suitable for outdoor use?
We recommend indoor or covered areas. Outdoor use is not covered under warranty.
