The Nike Strength Pro Double Half Rack puts two working stations into a footprint no larger than a single Power Rack, built for facilities that need to move a full roster through one session. Athletes work on the outside of each half, facing away from the center, so two lifters train at once without crowding each other. The two 762 mm (30-inch) inside sections stay clear for plate and attachment storage, and weight horns mount on the center posts to load from both sides. Same 76 x 76 mm (3x3-inch) 11-gauge steel, same 25.4 mm (1-inch) hole pattern and the same laser-cut upright numbering as the Power Rack, so every attachment lands where athletes and coaches expect it. The layout came straight out of U.S. Soccer’s facility requirements, and the rack that ships is the one those programs train on, short of their custom plate work and colorways.
