Strength is built through range, variation and repetition, so athletes get three bars and one mounting point. The Multi-Grip in 32mm covers wide, standard, close chin-up and two neutral positions in a single station, at the diameter most athletes already train on. The Multi-Grip in 45mm holds the same positions and turns every pull into grip work, with more surface for larger-handed athletes to control. The Straight bar in 32mm strips it back to standard, wide and chin-up pulls for facilities that want the simplest version. All three run a textured powder coat that holds through sweaty sessions and hard chrome endcaps consistent with the rest of the Pro line, and all three drop into the same crossmember on the Power Rack, Double Half Rack and Rack Bridge — so the bar changes without the station changing.
