Press. Pull. Row. Drive. Nike Strength Pro Lever Arms turn the rack into a platform for loaded movement. The redesigned trolley runs contoured rollers that track tight to the upright, and a horizontal rear handle carries its full weight — so height changes are smooth and controlled instead of a fight. A window at the back of the trolley shows the laser-cut numbers on the upright, so coaches can set both sides to the same height without measuring. The patent-pending handle-style pop pin forms around the knurled handle for a better feel during adjustment, and four stainless-steel magnetic pins lock the setup: one securing the trolley, two seated in the handle where athletes cannot bump them loose, and one holding the arm in place through adjustment. The handles are rated to 102 kg and static tested to six times that load, while the reinforced pivot between arm and trolley takes out side-to-side play and carried 102 kg through 250,000 cycles — the ASTM commercial standard.
