Constructed from true 76 x 76 mm (3x3-inch) 11-gauge steel, the arms feature a reinforced design with UHMW-lined contact points to protect barbells under repeated impact. A J-cup–style mounting system allows for fast, easy adjustments, while a knurled stainless steel magnetic pin adds a secondary layer of security during lifts.
