Championship moments are built long before anyone is watching. The Nike Strength Pro Power Rack is engineered for the daily work behind them, built from 76 x 76 mm (3x3-inch) 11-gauge steel with 25.4 mm (1-inch) holes spaced 50.8 mm (2 inches) on center on all four sides so athletes can set every attachment exactly where the movement needs it. Laser-cut numbers run both faces of the uprights — inward at the front for athletes working inside the rack, outward at the back so coaches can align safety arms, strap safeties and lever arms without walking around it. A 1,067 mm (42-inch) working section gives athletes room to move under standard and specialty bars. A 610 mm (24-inch) rear section stores plates and attachments and leaves a coach clear space to spot, even with the rack against a wall. It is the same rack that anchors world-class facilities like USC Football — what ships here is built to that specification, short of the custom plate work and colorways those programs run.
