What is the difference between the Nike Curl Bar and the Nike Shield Curl Bar?


The Nike Curl Bar is chrome plated, while the Nike Shield Curl Bar has a premium Cerakote® finish. Chrome plating only allows for silver or black colors, while our premium Cerakote® finish can produce vibrant colors so you can bring home your favorite Nike colors. Chrome plating is a thinner application on the barbell surface than the Cerakote® finish which means our Nike Shield Curl Bar will have a slightly softer knurl.

Is the Nike Curl Bar compatible with all Nike Plates?


Yes, the Nike Curl Bar is compatible with all Nike Plates and any weight plates that have a standard 50mm (2") sleeve diameter.
