FAQ

Should I choose a 20 kg or 15 kg barbell?


Our 20 kg barbells have a 28.5 mm diameter and are 2200mm long. Our 15 kg barbells have a 25 mm diameter and are 2010mm long. The length difference between the barbells is entirely determined by loadable sleeve length. Generally, those with smaller hands who are lifting lighter loads will find the 15 kg barbell more comfortable to lift with. While those who want a maximum loadable sleeve length with a thicker bar, prefer the 20 kg bar.

What is the difference between the Nike Strength and the Nike Strength Shield Barbells?


The Nike Strength Barbells are chrome plated, while the Nike Strength Shield Barbells have a premium Cerakote® finish. Chrome plating only allows for silver or black colors, while our premium Cerakote® finish can produce vibrant colors so you can bring home your favorite Nike colors. The Nike Strength and Nike Strength Shield Barbells will have similar knurling and durability.
