Nike Strength Pro Weight Horns come in two loadable lengths — a 152 mm (6-inch) Short built for change plates, and a 229 mm (9-inch) Standard sized for full plate loads — so athletes keep exactly what they need within arm’s reach of the bar. Both quote true loadable length rather than overall length, and both run a stainless-steel horn at a precise 48mm diameter, narrow enough that plates slide on and off cleanly — including the tight-tolerance Nike Strength Pro urethane plates that bind on a 50mm horn. An 8mm steel mounting plate anchors the horn to the rack, a rubber bumper keeps plates clear of the mounting hardware, and a rounded steel endcap replaces the plastic caps that go missing.
