Mount it to any Nike Strength Pro rack, or set it up free-standing by seating the base in a plate stack — a pair of 20 kg plates is recommended for stability, and three 10 kg plates will also hold it. A Nike-engineered bearing and U-joint keep 360-degree motion fluid at every angle. For the Pro line the base was shortened to suit thinner Pro plates, the U-joint and base moved to a more durable E-coat finish, and the pads were upgraded from nylon to UHMW to protect the rack and bar. The mounting bolt gains knurling at the end for grip, a wider rod for a tighter fit in the 25.4 mm (1-inch) hole, and fewer turns to connect and release.
