Explosive strength needs room to move. Nike Strength Pro Hyperphasic Arms angle roughly 45 degrees away from the rack, opening clear space in front for loaded jumps, banded work and the rest of a triphasic program. The hook uses a wide check-mark opening so athletes can load and pull resistance bands from the floor instead of wrestling them onto a closed hook, and it takes TRX straps just as easily. Built from the same 76 x 76 mm (3x3-inch) 11-gauge steel and 8mm mount plates as the racks, with the same 25.4 mm (1-inch) holes on 50.8 mm (2-inch) centers, and finished with a 45-degree tube termination that carries the branding at the top. Rated to 136 kg per pair and tested to 544 kg — the 4x safety factor ASTM requires of any attachment athletes hang from. Mounts fit over the corner plates of the Power Rack and Double Half Rack.
